Your Photographer
My name is Charlie, and I'd be so stoked to capture your big day. I'm a southeast, Missouri native. I'm married to the love of my life and have a beautiful daughter who is named after me (I still can't believe my wife was down for that). I work full time as photographer and videographer in Poplar Bluff, Missouri along side 2 of my best friends. I've been taking photos and making videos for a living for over 5 years. When I'm not on a commercial set or in the studio, I'm documenting love stories for amazing couples. I'm super competitive. Outside of photography, I love playing guitar, cooking, basketball, football, MMA, and boxing.

What is the turnaround time?For portrait, couples, or family sessions - I usually get them edited within 1-2 weeks. For your wedding gallery - 2-4 weeks. I also send a preview gallery within a few days (and night of/next day social media previews) so you have plenty to enjoy while I'm finishing the rest up!

How many images are included?I don't have a set number for this because I don't limit the amount I deliver! I edit everything that turned out awesome while removing all the duplicates, out-of-focus shots, ones where you're blinking or other unflattering shots, etc. Generally, most 8 hour weddings produce around 500-1000 images.

Do you travel?I take on a limited amount of travel a year, so don't hesitate to reach out if you're getting married outside of southeast Missouri! Additional travel fees apply to all weddings that require me to fly to the location or stay overnight.

Cancellation PolicyShould the wedding be postponed for any reason, we will ask in the search for a new date to be notified so we can be available for the new date, for no extra charges other than expenses already occurred before postponement. Should the wedding be postponed to a date for which we are not not available, the contract shall be considered cancelled, and the cancellation policy below shall apply. Cancelled MORE than 90 days in advance of the wedding date: The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional amounts paid will be refunded. Cancelled LESS than 90 days in advance of the wedding date: The deposit and 50% of the remaining balance are non-refundable, but any additional amounts paid will be refunded. Cancelled LESS than 30 days in advance of the wedding date: The entire balance paid for wedding photography and/or video services and any expenses incurred is non-refundable.

How much do you charge?Wedding photography and film packages start at $1200, but most couples spend around $3600 on average. I pride myself on being accessible on almost any budget.

What kind of camera gear do you use?I'm a BIG camera nerd so I'm always changing it up BUT I'm currently shooting with the Sony A7 IV with a wide variety of Sony GM lenses. My current favorite lenses are the Sony 50mm f/1.4 GM and Tamron 35-150 f/2-2.8. No outdated DSLRs here folks! I will also bring an assortment of flashes and modifiers to ensure beautiful, flattering lighting in any scenario. My primary drone is the DJI Mavic 3.

Are you an FAA certified drone pilot?Yes! Commercial drone pilots are required to have an FAA 107 certification in order to fly a drone. Never consider hiring anyone who believes professional licenses are not necessary to shoot quality footage of your wedding day.
